The Bonn International Fellowships invite passionate individuals to immerse themselves in a vibrant community. Here, you’ll grow personally and professionally, forging connections while contributing to meaningful projects that drive sustainable development both in Germany and worldwide. This grant program is designed for the invitation of excellent researchers from all areas of specialization to spend a short period of time at the University of Bonn (up to 12 days).

Benefits
- Travel allowance based on the fellow’s country of origin
- An allowance of €160 per day for up to 12 days (includes day of arrival and departure)
- Event material expenses up to €500 per proposal (i.e catering, outreach, PR)
- Support for public relations and academic visibility events.

This opportunity is open to postdoctoral and senior-level researchers who:
- Work and conduct research outside of Germany
- Have a strong international academic reputation
- Are formally invited by a faculty member at the University of Bonn
- Are not previous recipients of this fellowship
