The World Food Programme is looking for a passionate consultant to help create innovative solutions in humanitarian work. This role provides a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in global food security and strengthen communities. WFP has selected Workday HCM to support harmonization and automation of people management processes, enable self-services, provide access to quality data and analytics needed for workforce planning and decision-making, and provide awesome candidate and employee experience. To support these priorities, WFP is now looking for an experienced Workday consultant to support the deployment of Workday HCM and the hyper care phase of the project.

Responsibilities
- Advise across multiple Core HR functional work streams as the expert in core HR processes and Workday HCM.
- Support and drive the deployment of the Core HR work stream towards design decisions, configuration and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet Core HR functional requirements.
- Architect Workday HCM solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
- List and monitor product gaps, identify and support the implementation of workaround solutions.
- Advise HR on industry standards and leading practices by ensuring that WFP takes advantage of Workday best practices.

Requirements
- University’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources.
Graduation on Workday Education is a plus. - Existing and up to date Workday HCM Certification
- 8+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead role, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in delivering Workday HCM implementations in a leadership role.
- 5+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.
- Experience integrating Workday with other systems, especially SAP.
- Experience with solution design, system configuration and implementation of changes within Workday.
