Plan International is looking for a Digital Engagement Manager to enhance online outreach. This role involves developing innovative digital strategies, managing campaigns, and fostering youth participation to drive meaningful change in global education and rights initiatives.
Plan International Indonesia has operated since 1969, and in 2017 Yayasan Plan International Indonesia (YPII/Plan Indonesia) was established as a national entity of Plan International in Indonesia. As Plan Indonesia expands its resource mobilization efforts, digital fundraising is crucial in diversifying and increasing revenue streams. The Digital Engagement Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of digital fundraising initiatives, ensuring effective utilization of digital platforms, and maximizing online donor engagement. Reporting to the Resource Mobilization & External Relations Director, the Digital Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimise digital fundraising efforts.

Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital fundraising, marketing, or online donor engagement.
- Proven experience managing online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in digital campaign tracking and performance optimisation.
- Knowledge of digital donation platforms, payment gateways, and CRM systems.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
