Following selection for the Scholarship, the Rhodes Trust will also cover:

The fee required to apply to study at the University of Oxford
Full coverage of university and college fees.
An annual stipend of up to £19,092 (approximately £1,591 per month)
Visa processing fees are covered
International Health Surcharge (IHS), which enables international students to access the UK’s National Health Service
Two economy class flights to and from the UK, for the beginning and end of studies in Oxford.
The scholarship duration is two years, contingent on satisfactory academic performance and personal conduct.
Additional research grants are available upon application, allowing scholars to attend international conferences or undertake extra fieldwork.
