UN Women is seeking a Home-Based Junior Project Coordination Consultant to enhance gender equality efforts. This position involves managing projects remotely, collaborating with teams, and driving impactful solutions for women’s empowerment in diverse communities worldwide. This is a home-based consultancy. The consultant will be expected to work on ET time zone, regardless of their location. The Junior Project Coordination Consultant will coordinate all new and existing chapters with Due Diligence research and manage the Due Diligence process for global members and prospective members. The Junior Consultant will also provide support to the wider Unstereotype Alliance team to fulfil the 2025/6 UA work plan, support with major events (e.g. Cannes Lions Festival and UNGA) coordination of All Member Calls, coordination of national chapter entries to the UA newsletter and maintaining web and member hub access and content.

Responsibilities
- Act as a NEP Focal Point across all National Chapters with ongoing activities and specific events
- Coordinate and Assist with the launch of pipeline National Chapters
- Liaise with the UA Secretariat to coordinate the representation and engagement of National Chapters globally
- Provide operational and administrative support to the National Chapters and the global UA Secretariat

Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in International Relations, Marketing, Public Relations, Gender Studies or other related fields
- A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
- 1 year of professional experience in project management and community engagement with the private sector;
- Experience working with the marketing or advertising industry;
- Experience in excel and data-entry is required;
- Knowledge of the UN System, particularly, is preferred.
