Responsibilities
Scope of Work
The Engagement Analyst will help strengthen and expand the Taskforce’s relationships with its key stakeholders and with the public. The incumbent will perform the following functions:
1) Build the TISFD Alliance:
- Respond to incoming inquiries from stakeholders, and prospective Alliance members in a timely and thoughtful manner.
- Coordinate outreach efforts to strengthen engagement with current and potential members of the TISFD Alliance.
- Track and organize incoming applications, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
2) Set up and maintain stakeholder management systems:
- Set up and implement a streamlined contact management system using the HubSpot CRM.
- Maintain an up-to-date, centralized database of stakeholders in HubSpot, including Alliance members.
- Use HubSpot CRM insights to track engagement, inform communications, and identify opportunities for follow-up.
3) Manage TISFD global events planning:
- Coordinate and prepare for TISFD events
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, including collaborating with event coordinators to set up technology equipment / access and scheduling prep calls with speakers.
- Manage RSVPs and ensure effective follow-up engagement efforts.
4) Provide operational support on day-to-day engagement activities and knowledge sharing
- Conduct due diligence on prospective partner organisations according to UNDP guidelines.
- Manage the TISFD inbox, responding to incoming emails in a timely and thoughtful manner.
- Draft newsletters to share updates, opportunities, and highlights with the TISFD community.

Requirements
Min. academic education
- Advanced university degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in Communications, Sustainability, International Development, Social Sciences, Management, Business/Public Administration or another related area is required OR
- A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in the above-mentioned fields of study, in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Min. years of relevant work experience
- A minimum of 2 years (with master’s degree) or 4 years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience in stakeholder management, engagement, communication, event planning and/or coordination in the public, private, or non-profit sector is required.
Required skills/experience
- Proficient user of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
Desired additional skills/ experiences
- Experience working within multi-stakeholder initiatives to align diverse interests and drive toward shared goals.
- Demonstrated experience working with the private sector and/or civil society organizations to effectively support initiatives that advance corporate sustainability.
- Proven project management experience across multiple workstreams, including the ability to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Experience in designing and managing stakeholder tracking systems using tools such as Excel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and executing events.
- Experience in writing reports, newsletters, and memos for senior executives across the private, public, or nonprofit sectors.

- Fluency in English is required.
