The World Bank is looking for a dynamic Associate IT Officer to lead business analysis and product ownership. This role focuses on leveraging technology to improve processes and support sustainable development initiatives globally. The Product Owner will collaborate with users and business partners to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements; define the product vision and use inspection and adaptation to iterate through versions; create a product roadmap; oversee all stages of product creation including design and development; manage the product backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements; and use data to monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Sr. Business Analyst in any domain.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a strong understanding of Agile planning and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps
- Strong writing skills that can turn business goals into meaningful user stories.
- Candidates who have any exposure to Legal Management processes and products will have an added advantage.
- Should be able to manage multiple products, oversee backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily team support simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of product management principles and practices. Expertise with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
