World Vision is seeking an Internal Communications Manager for 2025. This role will drive effective communication strategies, foster employee engagement, and support our mission to create lasting change for vulnerable communities worldwide.

With over 70 years of experience, World Visions focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. They help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith.

Responsibilities

  • To inform and engage staff with World Vision UK’s organisational objectives, and priorities to help them understand how their work fits into the bigger picture
  • Develop, collate and curate timely updates from across the organisation
  • Responsible for the management of WVUK’s digital internal communication channels
  • Collaborate with the communications working group (including the CEO’s office) to enhance the internal engagement strategy
  • Using analytics, qualitative feedback and insight, generate regular reports on the impact of internal communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in internal communications or a related role, preferably in a managerial position.
