Duties and responsibilities
In this role, your day-to-day tasks will be both varied and rewarding. You might find yourself:

- Organizing Logistics: Planning meetings, workshops, and events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements
To apply for an IOM Assistant position, you should meet a few key requirements:
- Education: A high school diploma is essential, and any additional qualifications in social sciences or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: While previous experience in administrative roles or humanitarian work is preferred, it’s not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills are vital. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data management software will be helpful.
