Program Overview

AGYLE brings together young leaders from Africa and Germany for long-term business networking. Direct encounter and partnership-based exchange between selected African countries and Germany promotes the development of innovative ideas and projects and thus lays the foundation for sustainable economic cooperation. The AGYLE network includes young leaders from Ethiopia, Ghana, Rwanda, Senegal, Tunisia and Germany. In 2023, the young leaders dealt with the topic of digital transformation; in 2024, the focus of AGYLE will be “Circular Economy – How young leaders are shaping the transformation“.

Who can apply?

You are…

→ a young leader up to 40 years of age,

→ from the field of business, politics, or media,

→ dealing with innovative solutions in the field of circular economy,

→ from Ethiopia, Ghana, Rwanda, Senegal, Tunisia, or Germany,

→ and willing to actively participate in the Young Leaders Alumni network.
